How do I enable the GeekTalk keyboard?

  1. Open Settings › General › Keyboard › Keyboards.
  2. Tap Add New Keyboard… and choose GeekTalk2.
  3. In any app, switch keyboards with the globe key 🌐, type your text and tap Convert.

The keyboard does not need “Full Access” – you don't have to turn it on. The Vigenère cipher isn't available in the keyboard because it needs a key – use it in the app.

How do I use the Share extension?

Select text in any app › Share › GeekTalk2. Pick a converter and copy the result.

Siri and Shortcuts

Say or add the “Encode text with GeekTalk2” action in the Shortcuts app. Conversion happens locally on your device.

Morse: sound, flashlight, vibration

Choose the Morse converter and open the playback menu next to the ▶ button. You can turn on sound, flashlight blinks and vibration – separately or together.

Magic Decode

Tap the wand icon and paste a mysterious text. GeekTalk2 recognizes and decodes it for you: Base64, hex, binary, Morse, NATO alphabet, Braille, Zalgo, fancy fonts, upside-down text and Vaporwave.

History

Recent conversions are under the clock icon. History is stored only on your device and you can turn it off or clear it. Cipher keys are never saved.
